When using Order Builder, getting error "Not supported fieldName:XXX"

This error usually occurs when the field is missing from the Schema Setup in Salesforce Org

To resolve the issue, download the latest WSDL from Zuora and upload to Salesforce

 To upload Zuora WSDL to Salesforce:

  • In Salesforce, click the + tab and then click Schema Setup. 
  • On the zSchema Setup page, click Clear Schema Cache. You must clear cache before uploading a new WSDL file. 
  • Click Choose File, and select the WSDL file. Click Upload.
