How do we get the currency symbol(E.g. $) to show up in my quote template?

Question or Problem Statement:
In my quote template, how do we get the currency symbol(E.g. $) to show up in the "Effective Price" column? It shows up in the "Total" and other currency cells.

Re: How do we get the currency symbol(E.g. $) to show up in my quote template?

Solution:
If $ is showed up in the other field, for example, Quote.Previewed_Total. You can compare the difference of QuoteRatePlanCharge.EffectivePrice and Quote.Previewed_Total by right click on them then Toggle Field Codes separately.

After toggle field code of the 2 fields, you should see the difference is: The "Total" field has "$", however, the "Effective Price" does not have.

The resolution is just to copy and paste the code from the "Total" to "Effective Price" then Update Field, then save your template.

You may also would like to format the fields, please refer to this doc to do more testings.
