360 Sync error 'ENTITY_IS_DELETED:entity is deleted' on Payments & Invoices
Problem: Customer was getting the below error on the Payment and Invoice records.
|Update||ENTITY_IS_DELETED:entity is deleted||<Payment ID>|
Solution: In this specific case, when I checked the Payment record in Zuora tenant and navigated to the Custome Account, I could see that the CRM ID was not correct as shown below.
Same was the issue with the Invoice record as well. Once the CRM Id was fixed and the sync was performed this issue was resolved.
