[KNOWN ISSUE] Error when reactivate a Cancelled Account after a required Custom Field in created

Known Issue: After a required custom field was created on Account object, when trying to reactivate a Cancelled Account, user will encounter Missing required value error. 
 
Status: Our Engineering team is evaluating a fix. 
 
Reference Number: ACS-3320
 
Workaround: 
  • set custom field as non-required;
  • reactive account;
  • fill in custom field value for the account;
  • set custom field as require.
