Eateries around Union Square
Whether you're a local or are coming to Subscribed '16 from out of town, we all need to eat! Post your suggestions of local eateries around the Union Square area. I'll collect them here at the top for easy access as time permits.
Suggestions would be breakfast, local fare, inexpensive eats, dive bars, seafood, vegetarian, vegan, etc. San Francisco definitely has a huge variety of different cuisines that you can't get anywhere else!

Jaspers is great for lunch, dinner and happy hour - right across the street from the conference venue.

Re: Eateries around Union Square
My favorite places near the hotel:
- Kin Khao is a really cute little place that does an interesting take on Thai cusine. It fills up, so if you're interested, this is one where I'd make a reservation.
- Farmer Brown is soul food with some decent fried chicken.
- The Hall is a fun alternative to the traditional mall food court. It's a slightly longer trek from the hotel, but a fun place if you like variety.
