This morning, we were hit with a minor spam attack. The spam accounts were immediately banned and we removed the spam content right away - sometimes in real-time right after the spammers had just posted their message.
I wanted to express my sincerest apologies for this attack as I know how this creates a less-than-ideal experience within the Community and am letting you know that we're taking this morning's attack very seriously and are looking into several options to prevent this situation from happening again. If there will be any changes to your experience here within the Zuora Community, we'll let you know.
