[KNOWN ISSUE] Scheduled Jobs created by deactivated user account will stay in Pending status

Known Issue: We have identified an issue affecting a small subset of tenants where if a user created a Scheduled Bill Run and/or Payment Run and later on this user account was deactivated then the Scheduled job will stay in Pending status without starting to process as intended.

Window of Impact: Any scheduled job that meets both the following 2 conditions is affected:

1- Created by a user who was deactivated
2- Scheduled Billing or Payment run triggered between 7/26/2016 23:30:00 PDT and 7/29/2016 05:40:00 PDT on Production Tenant only.

Status [ACTION REQUIRED]: If your tenant ID is listed in the attached file you will need to follow the steps below to ensure scheduled jobs are succesful:

1. Cancel the existing pending Billing Run / Payment Run
2. Create a new ad-hoc run as needed
3. Create a new scheduled Billing Run / Payment Run replacing the previous run

Our engineering team has addressed the issue moving forward for any future event. If you need assistance please open a ticket by emailing support@zuora.com
