Problem:
I and my colleague would like to receive email notifications when the SFDC <> Zuora sync fails. I searched your KC but couldn't find anything; for instance, this doesn't show me how to add myself to the list of recipients who are notified when there's a failure.

Zuora>SFDC sync will trigger the email to the one who sets the sync condition. Currently, as per design, we can't add multiple users as recipients.
Solution:
As a workaround, we can try the below steps:
- Create a "Group mail id" (Group consists of both users in this case).
- Create a user in your Zuora Org.
- Provide the "group mail id" to that user.
- Set Sync condition by logging in as the newly created user under Commerce settings.
- You can set "Email Notifications" as "Errors only/All (Excluding zero records)/All(Including zero records)" based on your requirement.
Now whenever sync happens, both will receive mail regarding the sync history.
