Error Message When Trying to Perform a Refund

QUESTION:

I am trying to refund 2 payments, however whenever I click on the Refund button, I get the following error message:

Error msg: There is no available refund amount.

SOLUTION:

The reason why there is no available refund amount is because the payment amount that was transferred to the credit balance cannot be refunded as it is now part of the credit balance. 

You can perform an external refund of the credit balance separately.
