Customer Account with no payment processed

Question... We have this subscription that is $1,500 a month, they are on auto-pay, and we have a credit card on file. However no payment was processed.


Anything we are dong wrong here?

The payment method for the customer is no longer active, see screenshot below.

Once you reactivate the payment method, this customer account will be billed on the next payment run.
