You can run a very simple report using Zuora Reporting to get the Accounts that have unprocessed "pending" usage.
Using the USAGE data source, you can create a report as follows:
- Row Groups: Account Name, Usage Account Number, Usage Unit of Measure
- Value Fields: Usage Quantity (SUM)
- Filter: Usage RBE Status is equal to PENDING
See screenshow below:
The report will give you the Account name and number with the amount of pending usage & UOM. You may also add additional fields to make the report more precise, such as Usage Start Date, Usage Submission Date, Subscription Name, etc.
You can save this report and re-run it at any time to get a snapshot of accounts with unprocessed usage.
