Solution:
This is probably because the GroupBy merge field is not created or created correctly. You can toggle all of the fields to try to find the filter.
a).Toggle field codes on all merge fields in your template. (Windows, Ctrl+A, then right click on a field, then Toggle field code)
b).Veify if TableFilter:GroupBy field is created correctly in your templeate. For example, «TableFilter:GroupBy RatePlanName,Service»
