First you need to identify your USER ID. You can find this by navigating to your username under Settings > Administration > Manage Users, then click on your username. Once you have done so, look at the page URL. Your User ID will be a string of numbers/letters in-between the view&id= and &flag=1 .

 

Now that you have your ID, you can run the report by filtering by your User ID.

 

Using the Billing Run data source, add the Billing Run: Created by ID as a field, and add [Billing Run: Created by ID is equal to "User ID"] as your filter. This will generate a Bill Run report of all Bill Runs created by your User ID.
