What are the outbound IP addresses for the services tenants?

What are the outbound IP addresses for the services tenants?

We need to whitelist inbound HTTPS traffic from the Zuora services tenants.

The documentation omits the services tenants for OUTBOUND traffic (from Zuora).

Re: What are the outbound IP addresses for the services tenants?

Hi @fredkao

The cited KC article cited actually does address the point as to why this is prohibitive.

Please be advised that due to the dynamic nature of public cloud infrastructure that Zuora's Service Environments are deployed on we discourage our customers from implementing outbound whitelisting capability based on IP address restrictions.  IP addresses are subject to change without advance notice as new server instances are created to handle load.

So, by the very nature of how AWS avails their "public" instances, the IP address may shift either when when we create new instances, or if a particular datacenter is having issues.   Most of the time, once an instance is created, it generally remains the same IP for some time, however the potential to shift IPs and AWS IPs can also shift as new nodes are made available.

It is therefore our recommendation not to whitelist services (produciton copy) environment as stated above.
