Error in REST API POST and PUT calls for subscription


The API calls for POST and PUT, specifically to create a new subscription and renew subscription are not going through with the below error

The GET calls for subscription seems to work fine for the same account trying to renew



The error seems to occur from Avalara Tax Engine.  When checked the Avalara Tax Engine setup, the Connection setup does not seem to be established to Avalara.




Also, the error "The user or account could not be authenticated." seems to be related to the below articles from Avalara.
