      • Added 3 new ribbons under "Zuora Interest Groups" for the Finance, Revenue, and Workflow work groups

      November 2023 - January 2024 Community Projects

      I'm excited about my projects for this quarter as I'll be introducing some new areas and laying the groundwork for others.

      1. Zuora-curated Community Resource Library to make it easy to find templates, best practices, and past Table Talks that have been shared in the Community
        • Launched. Visit the Resource Library here
      2. New role-based and interest groups and foster existing ones
        • Scheduled launch in Feb-April 2024
      3. Highlight opportunities to help make Zuora better
        • Scheduled launch in Feb-April 2024
      4. 3 new best practice checklists for month-end close
      5. KC widget that links to respective community group
        • On hold, but will include related content in the Resource Library entries in early 2024.
