Hi Lana - last year you guys had 1 full training day prior to the converence, making it full 3 days.  Is it different this year? So, just 2 days?

Hi @tatyana,

Yes, you're correct in that Subscribed will be held for 2 days instead of 3 like last year.

What's different is that this year, the conference will have deep-dive sessions on *both* days rather than just one day - we really want to give our users a chance to participate in role-based networking, hands-on training and dedicated time with connect with Zuora product experts.

One thing to keep in mind is that in order to participate in the user sessions, you'll need the Full Access pass - the General pass wont grant access to these deep-dive sessions and the Expo Only pass is only for day 1 and doesnt provide access to any of the sessions.

I attended Subscribed 2017 and found the app to be super helpful for planning my agenda and receiving last minute updates. Will there be an app for Subscribed 2018 attendees?  Thanks

Yes, there will be!  We hope to be rolling it out very soon.  It's currently being tested.  I agree that the app was really helpful - especially the feed - to see what was going on.

I'll let everyone know when it's launched as soon as I get the green light...don't worry!

That's a great question!  More info is provided on the website agenda that I didn't include in my quick overview: The VIP reception is "A closed-door executive reception where you can mingle with Zuora leadership & product experts, ecosystem partners and fellow Subscription Economy leaders. By invite-only: consultant your Zuora solution expert if you're interested in attending."
