Last week on October 16th, I hosted the very first Zuora Community Chapter at Invocas Santa Barbara location with 6 attendees who arrived promptly at 6:00 pm ready to engage in all topics Zuora! It was a diverse group representing some of the largest technology companies in the Santa Barbara area: Procore, Appfolio, LogicMonitor and Invoca.

At our inaugural meeting, we applied Lean Coffee where attending members built the agenda, and began the discussion. For 3 minutes, we create topics to discuss and group them together e.g. Orders or Dunning. We then discussed and shared on that topic for about 3 minutes each, and once the topic was generally exhausted, we moved onto the next topic.

Meet monthly on the 3rd Wednesday,
-
Have members to present on a topic: Solutions and Learnings
-
Request Zuora to attend and present best practices, e.g. Order/Amendment subscriptions and Localization and Multi-entity.
