    Updated Deadline for the Community Move to OneID - January 29, 2026

    To ensure a smooth experience and to give all users additional time to review their accounts, update email settings, and resolve any access issues before the transition, we are adjusting the cutover date of the transition of the Zuora Community to OneID to January 29, 2026. After this date, only Community accounts associated with a OneID login will remain active. Accounts using personal email addresses or accounts not linked to OneID will be soft deleted, and all Zuora Community email notifications will stop.

    What This Means for You

    To maintain access to the Community and continue receiving important updates, please make sure your Community account is associated with your corporate email that is tied to your OneID login:

    1. Log in to the Zuora Community.
    2. Go to your profile settings and verify that your account email matches your corporate email (the same one used for your OneID login).
    3. If your account is still tied to a personal email address (like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail), update it immediately to your corporate email.
    4. Confirm that any group aliases used for notifications are also linked to a OneID account.
