At our February 9, 2023 Zuora Revenue Workshop, Nikki Wong, Director of Product Management in Zuora Revenue gave an overview of Contract Asset vs. Contract Liability in Zuora Revenue which included a Zuora Tool Tip on using the Export RC feature for a simplified contract review.
The Export RC feature is a useful tool for accountants who manage contract review and can be found under Workbench in Zuora Revenue. What this feature does is that it allows the download of all the tabs that you need within the Workbench as opposed to going into every individual tab and downloading them manually. Export RC gives you the option to select the tabs that you need and downloads them all into one file.
We have been adding more options including actions like revenue release timing/information under Revenue Action, and variable considerations release timing/information on VC Actions.
