At our Revenue Table Talk on March 14th, Senior Director of Product Management Nikki Wong shared some common use cases for Zuora Revenue variable considerations. She also shared a Revenue Tool Tip on stage validation which is reviewing the data before we process it to avoid it being “stuck in stage”. On August 17th, Vivek Ganesan, Senior Product Manager of Revenue gave an overview of what’s new in the 37.014.00.00 for Zuora Revenue. The session began with a tool tip on the ‘Reporting Summarize Current Period’ job that is planned to be phased out in Q4 2023. What this means is that with ‘Real Time Summarization’ enabled, the summarization job is not required to be run. Additionally, this job may also be part of your Period Close Template. Zuora Revenue backs up data in sandboxes and production instances automatically for customers who may wish to retrieve data as it existed as of a specific date. Customers of Zuora Revenue have the ability to access historical data within a limited time frame from a backup copy. Data backup copies are not maintained indefinitely, and copies will be archived after a period of time as detailed in this policy.
