New user set up

Can a role in Zuora be set up for the purposes of setting up new users or changing roles of users which is specific to this task.  


Currently the highest level role of Administrator is used for this purpose.  Typically in many environments a Service Desk will set up users, and it is not good practice to give them Administrator role.

Newly Enrolled

Administrators - this is the most powerful role in the system.  Can a email notification be set up to alert Approvers of Administrators when an Administrator is set up in Zuora.  This could act as a good security practice.

@Williamson, interesting appraoch to signing up users. Usually, we don't expect another role, like a service desk, to manage users, as the number of users logging into Zuora should be relatively small (there are exceptions of course). How many users are you planning on adding/managing within your tenant?
