Prepare for OneID: Make Sure Your Community Login Uses Your Corporate Email
A significant enhancement coming to the Zuora Community to streamline your experience and strengthen security: we're transitioning to OneID for authentication!
Soon, you'll use your corporate email address (the one associated with your Zuora tenant) to log in to the Community, providing unified access across all your Zuora platforms. Accounts currently using personal email addresses (like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) will be soft-deleted after the cutover date, and we want to ensure you don't lose any of your valuable content.
