This announcement is to notify all customers of our plans to discontinue Google authentication in the Zuora Support Portal. We are discontinuing this third-party authentication in preparation for a more unified customer experience. The "Sign in with Google" button will be deprecated on Feb 27, 2023.
If you haven’t done so, we recommend that you preemptively reset passwords for your Zuora Support Portal accounts. After resetting, you’ll use the “Sign in with Password” option going forward. If you forget to reset your password before the cutoff, simply use the password reset option, which will always be available to you on the login page.
To reset your Zuora Support Portal password, please follow these instructions.
1. Click the "Forgot Password" link
2. Enter your account's email address (username) and click "Submit."
You will receive an email from email@example.comSubject line - Set a new Zuora Global Support password
3. Click the Set a new password link in the email.
4. Create the new password in the correct format before clicking the Change password button.
Completing this step changes your password and logs you into the Zuora Customer Portal.
You will receive a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.orgEmail subject - User profile updated: password changed
