Customers currently using 360 and 360+ sync will be upgraded in waves to Zuora's latest Salesforce sync by Q1 2023. This will ensure you are on the newest version of the Salesforce connector with the latest capabilities.

Customers will not experience any impact during the upgrade processes and don't have to do anything on their end. All the objects synced in 360 and 360+ will be migrated to the new version.
Will this support Syncing of One-Time Order Line Items into Salesforce ? Presently only subscriptions are synced over.
Currently we are unable to link Sale Opportunities with the One-Time Order line items in SF.
Hi Kori,I don't have exact dates for you but, it will be available by the end of Q2 next year.

On July 21, 2023 we received a notification regarding the deployment Zuora Connector For Salesforce CRM. It was indicated a deployment from August 7th. To date we have no news.Can you give us a progress report?
Thank you for reaching out. We started production environment deployment on August 7 and it will continue through October. We're deploying in waves/groups and we will notify you via email about two weeks prior to the exact scheduled deployment date for your production tenant.
