    Release 2023.01.R2 is scheduled to be available soon. For details of the product changes in this release, see the release notes.


    • Available in Sandbox environments: January 10 - 12
    • Available in Production environments: January 17 - 19

    This release will affect Billing, Collect, and Central Platform. Product changes and release dates are subject to change. We will reply to this post if there are any updates.

    Sandbox deployment for 2023.01.R2 is complete.

    We have updated the release notes (here) with the following change:

    Within Zuora Central Platform > Events and Notifications, added an item called "Resolved: Sending all notifications when custom scheduled events were triggered".

    Within Zuora Billing > Usage and Rating, added an item called "Rating Information Page available for displaying details of invoice amount calculation."

    Within Zuora Billing > Invoicing and Tax, added the following items:

    • Support for multiple tax rates with Zuora Tax

    • Support for retrieving invoice schedule IDs associated with orders or subscriptions through REST API

    We have updated the release notes (here) with the following change:

    Within Zuora Collect > Payments, added an item called "Updates on Vantiv Payment Method Updater and Gateway Reconciliation services".

    Within Zuora Central Platform > Events and Notifications, added an item called "More standard events available for System Health".

    Within Zuora Central Platform > Audit Trail, added an item called "Support for auditing changes of custom objects".

    Within Zuora Central Platform > Reporting, added an item called "Support for using OAuth to authenticate to Zuora Reporting API."

    Within Zuora Collect > Finance, added an item called "Multiple AR Accounting Code feature."


    Within Zuora Central Platform > Developer Sandbox, added an item called "Zuora Developer Sandbox is now available."
