    The planned Zuora release windows are:

    • SBX Release Window: 10/11 (Tue) - 10/13 (Thu)
    • PROD Release Window: 10/18 (Tue) - 10/20 (Thu)


    Release Notes -Here is the link to the release notes. Changes are expected in Zuora Billing, Collect, and Central Platform (subject to change).

    Release Status Updates - Any updates to the release status will be reflected in the comments to this post.

    Sandbox deployment for 2022.10.R2 is complete.

    We have updated the release notes (here) with the following change:

    Within Zuora Central Platform > Events and Notifications, added the following items: 

    • A new event category available in Notification for Zuora Central Platform
    • Support for unlimited email templates in the Zuora UI

    Within Zuora Billing > Invoicing and Tax, added the following items:

    • General availability of Multiple Tax Engines based on mapping rules
    • Custom fields on contact snapshots available through Data Query and Object Query

    Production deployment for 2022.10.R2 is complete.

    We have updated the release notes (here) with the following change:

    Within UI enhancements, added one item for changes to the Customer Account detail page.

    Within Zuora Billing > Invoicing and Tax, added General availability of Flexible Tax Mapping. 

    Within Zuora Collect > Finance, added "Unprocessed charges can be generated separately".

    Within Zuora Central Platform > System Health Dashboard, added two new dashboards.
