    There is a lot happening in the Zuora Community including our March 2023 Table Talks where Workflow, Finance, and Revenue workshops will now take place monthly. We’re also building out new ways to learn about Zuora in the Community. Read on to find out more.

    Workshops are interactive discussions with your peers and a Zuora subject matter expert. To encourage open conversations, only attendees will receive the recording.

    COMMUNITY WORK GROUPS FOR WORKFLOW, FINANCE, AND REVENUE

    Since Table Talk Workshop recordings are always shared with attendees, we thought it would be great to have a space to continue the conversation to further cement best practices. We created invitation-only Community Work Groups where all past workshop attendees can access past workshop recordings and work through best practices together with the guidance of product managers and other Zuora experts.

    Simply attend one of the workshops to receive an invitation. We understand that things happen which makes it impossible to join. If that’s your situation, talk to your Customer Success Manager and we can work something out.

    Find Out What’s Next in Community by Becoming a Community Advocate

    We’re constantly working on new projects that will improve the Community so that no one uses Zuora alone. Join the Community Advocates group to see what we have planned and share ideas with the Community team. Each month I share what we are working on to help make the Zuora Community the place where our users can get the most out of Zuora.
