Community Spotlight: Get Ready for OneID in the Zuora Community

We're excited to announce an important enhancement coming to the Zuora Community designed to streamline your experience and strengthen security: we are transitioning to OneID for authentication!

What is OneID? OneID will provide you with a single, unified login for all your Zuora platforms, including the Community. This means easier access and a more consistent experience across your Zuora tools.

What You Need to Do: To ensure a seamless transition and maintain uninterrupted access to your valuable contributions, discussions, and profile history within the Community, it's crucial that your Zuora Community account is linked to your corporate email address – the email associated with your Zuora products and your OneID.

Why Your Corporate Email is Key: After the transition, personal email addresses (like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail) will no longer be supported for Community logins and will be soft-deleted. We want to ensure you retain full access to all your historical content and profile information.

The transition will be completed by December 15, 2025.

We encourage you to take a moment now to verify that your Community profile uses your corporate email address. For more details on this upcoming change, including FAQs and instructions, please visit our full Community announcement here.

We're confident this move to OneID will significantly improve your Zuora experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
