  • 1.  [NOTICE] Changes made to API URL for connecting Zuora CPQ to Zuora.

    Please take note that Zuora has made changes to the recommended API URL for connecting your SF Org to Zuora for Zuora CPQ.

     

    The specific URLs changed are for US Production and Performance Test environments. 

     

    US Production URL

    has changed from: https://zforsf.zuora.com to: https://www.zuora.com

     

    Performance Test URL

    has changed from: https://pt1-zforsf.zuora.com to: https://pt1-api.zuora.com

    @JohnByrnes Is there a date associated to this change?  Do we have to update the API URL by a certain date?

    Do we need to make changes to our existing configurations or will these changes be automatically applied as part of the deployment?

    @ehavens There is no date of deprecation of the previous API URL, we have just decided to recommend the new one as the better URL to use with less risk of issue. 

     

    @Don_at_Pantheon Changes will not be automatically applied, and there is no new deployment for this change. To best align with our recommended API URL for Zuora Connection settings you will need to manually change the URL in your settings.

    @JohnByrnes Thank you for the clarification.  Understood that the zforsf URL does not have a deprecated date as of yet and can still be used, but Zuora recommends to update the URL.
