Your post says 9.9+ will get update however the release notes say 9.10 only. I am assuming you are correct and suggest the release notes be updated.

    Luca,

Version 9.11 resolved two small issues. You can find the release notes for CPQ Version 9 here.

Additionally, I might add that version 9.11 was pushed to all 9.9+ Orgs over 4.5 years ago when that version was first released. We are currently on version 10.22 now. Zuora CPQ releases one primary new version every single month, and a patch version every single month.

Zuora strongly recommends that customers should define internal business processes to upgrade to the latest Zuora package at least once per quarter so that environments never get more than 3 versions behind the latest. If you are on 9.11 or pre 9.11, we would strongly suggest you consider upgrading all the way to the latest version.

The 10.0 Release Notes can be found here.

Lastly, we have initiated a Zuora CPQ version deprecation policy that is working to deprecate old versions of CPQ in waves. Versions 9.0 to 9.43.2 will be deprecated by October of 2024. Please keep that in mind as eventually we expect those customers on version preceding version 10.0 to upgrade to at least 10.0 by that time.

You can read more about the Deprecation Policy here.
