Our entire account support model leverages the Journey to Usership (J2U) to help our customers move from left to right on this scale and turn them into leaders.

The Journey to Usership is more than just a framework, it's a tool kit. One of part of that toolkit is our library of Solution Design Guides.  Each guide (one for each initiative in the J2U framework) is organized by the three sections below. The goal is to provide a general holistic baseline and approach to a well architected Zuora platform.  

• Scope/Checklist - General prerequisites that might come before a requirements gathering session.
• Key Considerations - Common J2U Initiative related questions that a customer may ask.  Each question is categorized by the primary Q2R Processes and Capabilities. 
• Zuora Design Patterns - Reusable solutions to commonly occurring design patterns for a given initiative. The intention is for every architect to use these as starting points and tailor them to every customer situation.

Zuora Solution Design Guides Now Available

Our goal is for companies to develop competencies or get access to Zuora's expertise in each area through our Solution Design Guides.  We already have a number of solution design guides ready for you to read through, provide feedback, and have deeper conversations about in the Journey to Usership community.
