    Maintenance is an essential and necessary part of keeping Zuora systems and infrastructure updated, highly available, and responsive. Our maintenance services are designed to protect your Zuora software environment(s) and ensure high availability and systems resiliency.

    This notice is to confirm impact and dates for our upcoming maintenance windows also previously acknowledged on this thread:


    Service, Datacenter(s) impacted and Timelines:

    Europe Cloud - Production:

    4PM PST (Saturday 12 Feb) - 6PM PST (Saturday 12 Feb), 2022 (0000-0200 UTC Sunday 13 Feb) 

    Impact:

    During the impact window, we anticipate all services for this center will be partially or totally unavailable for the first 30 minutes of the maintenance window while we perform necessary upgrades to our systems

    US Cloud 2 (NA2) - Production
    Zuora Marketplace - Marketplace UI

    10PM PST (Saturday 12 Feb) - 12AM PST (Sunday 13 Feb), 2022 (0600-0800 UTC Sunday 13 Feb)

    Note new time

    Impact:

    During the impact window, we anticipate services for US Cloud (NA2) will be partially or totally unavailable for the first 30 minutes of the maintenance window while we perform necessary upgrades to our systems

    UI access to Marketplace Applications will be partially or totally unavailable for the first 30-45 minutes of the maintenance window while we perform necessary upgrades to our systems.  Marketplace applications themselves will not be impacted.

    During the impact window, we anticipate services for US Cloud (NA1) will be partially or totally unavailable for the first 30 minutes of the maintenance window while we perform necessary upgrades to our systems

    7PM PST (Saturday 12 Feb) - 1AM PST (Sunday 13 Feb), 2022 (0300-0900 UTC Sunday 13 Feb)

    Impact:

    During the maintenance window, Zuora Revenue systems will be unavailable while we conduct necessary maintenance to those systems





    Zuora Trust (https://trust.zuora.com) will serve as the primary source of real-time information on our maintenance progress and completion.

    Due to concern and consideration around timing and impact of this maintenance window, we have decided to adjust several of our start/end times.  Changes have been reflected in the original post above.  


    To summarize, the following changes have been made.


    US Cloud 2 (NA2) - Production maintenance has been moved to 10pm PST Feb to 12am PST 13 Feb 
    Zuora Marketplace - Marketplace UI maintenance has been moved to 10pm PST 12 Feb to 12am PST 13 Feb 
    Zuora Marketplace Applications - Workflow has been canceled and will be rescheduled (TBD)


    Other maintenance items will remain as originally scheduled.

    As per our update to Zuora Trust, we have cancelled the scheduled maintenance tonight from 12am to 2am PST for US Cloud 1 (NA1) and will reschedule for a future date TBD soon.
