Maintenance is an essential and necessary part of keeping Zuora systems and infrastructure updated, highly available, and responsive. Our maintenance services are designed to protect your Zuora software environment(s) and ensure high availability and systems resiliency.
Zuora is reserving the following dates for potential production maintenance for the calendar year 2022 for all Zuora production environment(s).
Q1: Saturday February 12, 2022 (Zuora Billing & Revenue)
Q2: Saturday May 14, 2022 (Zuora Billing & Revenue)
Q3: Saturday August 13, 2022 (Zuora Billing & Revenue)
Q4: Saturday November 12, 2022 (Zuora Billing & Revenue)
Timeline for each datacenter -- estimated1
EU Cloud 1 (EU1): 4PM - 6PM PT
US Cloud 2 (NA2): 7PM - 9PM PT
US Cloud 1 (NA1): 12AM - 2AM PT ( Sun, Next Day)
All Environments: 7PM (Sat) - 1AM PT ( Sun, Next Day)
For the above scheduled windows, please keep the following in mind:
Confirmation or cancellation of these maintenance windows will be posted to this thread with at least 3-weeks notice from the scheduled date. Please subscribe to this thread for updates.
When a maintenance window is confirmed, we will also post a separate Community notification announcement along with relevant details in this same Maintenance forum, and will provide a link to it on this thread. This information will include which datacenter(s) and systems are impacted.
Zuora will make reasonable efforts to consolidate our Quarterly Maintenance to limit customer impact as much as possible, however please be advised that we may elect to conduct separately announced maintenance windows as necessary with similar advance notice depending on need and urgency.
1. Maintenance start/stop timelines may be adjusted +/- hours based on the content and nature of the maintenance. Actual timelines will be established once the maintenance window is confirmed.
