When possible, specific impact and outage information will be provided following maintenance confirmation, however customers should anticipate full our partial outages for these environments once maintenance windows are confirmed.
Zuora will make reasonable efforts to consolidate our Quarterly Maintenance to limit customer impact as much as possible, however please be advised that we may elect to conduct separately announced maintenance windows as necessary with similar advance notice depending on need and urgency.
