This post contains information regarding Payment Gateway testing which will be conducted in the coming weeks prior to 23 October, 2021 related to validating select payment gateways in our updated infrastructure.
What is happening?
Zuora will be conducting short, periodic connectivity testing with all of its payment gateway integrations, gateway reconciliation features and payment method updaters. We will not be creating live transactions against any production accounts as part of this testing, however users may see these test transactions in logs as a result of this effort
When is this happening?
The testing will occur on multiple days between now and October 23rd.
Why are we doing this?
Zuora has worked with all of its payment gateway partners and integrators to ensure a smooth transition on and after October 23rd. We have asked all integrators to whitelist our new IP addresses ahead of time, and this step is part of validating that effort to ensure continuity of service following this maintenance. .
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required by customers.

Description:
In order to improve the customer experience and keep our systems updated to the latest scalable technologies, we will be performing a scheduled maintenance downtime of the America's Hosted Production Environment to accommodate a major infrastructure update. During this maintenance window, the America's Hosted Production Environment will be unavailable for up-to 6 hours as scheduled.
Potentially Impacted service:
All services in the America's Hosted Production Environment will be unavailable for the duration of the scheduled window. Note that this maintenance will NOT impact Central Sandbox tenants.
What actions must I take:
The environment IP addresses will be changed following this maintenance.
This MAY impact you, if your organization whitelists Zuora outbound IP addresses (from Zuora to Customer) for Zuora Billing Callouts, you may need to change the IP address to the new values for "America's Hosted" Environment:
