In order to increase capacity and reliability we will be conducting a network maintenance in our US Production datacenter on Sunday November 11, 2018 starting at Midnight (12:00AM PST). API and UI transactions will be unavailable for up to 1 hour during the maintenance window. Please note: We anticipate actual downtime will be less than 1 hour, however we are specifying 1 hour to allow for validation and resolution of any unexpected issues.
So by API and UI transactions, do we mean Zuora is completely down for any read or write operation? As in no information fetches either, via API or UI possible, rendering UI unusable?

As a result all API and UI services will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance
Could you please confirm, if the maintenance is happening as per the schedule?
And Day lighy saving is closed by Nov 4th. so please let us now if there will be any change in the timings.
Is this scheduled maintenace still happending as originally planned this upcoming weekend?
@scottb- We have bill runs scheduled for midnight every day, will they kick off automatically after the maintenance is over? Or will we need manual intervention to do this.

This time, my customer was waiting full day for the update.
For the future maintanance, could you ensure following:
- Notify us when you start/finish system maintanance immediately
- Update the progress in the same place. (Community/Trust)

@Rolando and @scottb I second the above request to have your team actively announce when these maintenance windows are beginning and ending during the time of them actually happening. I was on your status page here https://trust.zuora.com/ during this maintenance window and no mention was made of this maintenance window what so ever. Also confusing was that this page said that all systems were fully operational during the downtime which makes it challenging to know if the maintenance is actually occurring or not.
