Maintenance Notifications

We plan to perform a system maintenance operation in our US Production Environment on 2018-09-16 between 07:30 PM - 08:30 PM PDT.

This maintenance is necessary in order to collect more insights metrics from the message bus service so that we can improve monitoring and in-time alerts.

During the maintenance window, US tenants in Production will experience UI and API service performance degradation.

This announcement will be updated when there is new progress of the scheduled maintenance.

Will this update include more information about what "service degradation" means?

We will start the maintenance in 5 minutes.

We have completed the maintenance. During the maintenance period, some requests experienced less than 5 seconds delay. No other side effect.
