This summer, two important updates are coming to Zuora to help your teams work more efficiently and keep access more secure.
Zuora is strengthening sign-in security. By June 30, 2026, users who log in directly with Zuora credentials will transition from SMS-based MFA to authenticator app-based MFA as the standard method. If your organization uses Single Sign-On, no action is required because MFA will continue to be managed by your identity provider.
Starting June 24 in Sandbox and August 19 in Production, Zuora will begin rolling out a new unified user experience with updated navigation for all customers, plus a new global homepage for Billing customers. In practical terms, this means a more consistent way to move across Zuora, quicker access to the pages you use most, and a more personalized place to start your day.
