We’re excited to share that the new Zuora Unified User Experience will be enabled in Sandbox environments on June 24, 2026 and in Production on August 19, 2026 for all customers!
This update introduces a more unified and intuitive experience across Zuora, including Unified Navigation and new Global Homepage for Billing Customers.
Why we’re making this change
As revenue models become more complex, teams often need to move across multiple tenants, modules, pages, and operational tasks throughout the day. When that experience feels fragmented, it can slow down decision making, increase context switching, and make it harder for teams to stay productive.
The Zuora Unified User Experience is designed to help teams get where they need to go faster, understand what needs attention, and take action with less friction.
What’s changing
Unified Navigation (Billing and Revenue Customers)
All customers will benefit from a streamlined and more consistent navigation experience across Zuora, including:
- Easier movement across Billing and Revenue experiences
- A simplified tenant switcher for managing multiple tenants
- Pinned pages for faster access to frequently used areas
- Smart Suggestions to help users quickly find relevant pages
New Global Homepage (Billing Customers Only)
For Billing customers, we’re also introducing a new Global Homepage designed to provide a centralized place for teams to start their day with the right insights and call to action.
Features include:
- Three ready-to-use Billing homepage templates
- Pre-built views for Billing Operations and Developers
- Flexible widgets and layout customization
- A more personalized starting point for daily work
Note: The Global Homepage for Revenue customers will come in a future release.

⇒ New User Experience Walkthrough
Sandbox Environments Rollout
Starting June 24, we will begin enabling the Zuora Unified User Experience across all Sandbox environments for all customers.
If your Sandbox is already enabled through the Beta Program, no action is needed; however, we will enable it across all of your Sandbox environments.
Production Environments Rollout
All production tenants will be enabled on Aug 19, 2026.
Temporary opt-out option
If you need to temporarily opt out of this experience in your Sandbox or Production environment, please contact Zuora Support by the end of June. Opt-outs requested during this period will remain in effect for 90 days from the opt-out date.
Please note that this opt-out is temporary. Beginning October 1, the Zuora Unified User Experience will be automatically enabled in all Sandbox and Production environments.
