Prepare for OneID: Make Sure Your Community Login Uses Your Corporate Email
A significant enhancement coming to the Zuora Community to streamline your experience and strengthen security: we're transitioning to OneID for authentication! Soon, you'll use your corporate email address (the one associated with your Zuora tenant) to log in to the Community, providing unified access across all your Zuora platforms.
The deadline for the Community to move under OneID is Thursday, January 29, 2026. After this date, only Community accounts associated with a OneID login will remain active. Community accounts using personal email addresses or accounts not linked to OneID will be soft deleted, and all Zuora Community email notifications will stop.
