Onboarding to OneID

• Do not worry about your existing login, you will have access to your existing credentials for your tenants until August 1st. Your new OneID account will be an additional login to your Zuora applications.

• Rename your global OneID roles that were imported from your local tenants

• Import additional user accounts from your local tenants to OneID. Do NOT import API user accounts.

• Setup SSO and SCIM provisioning in OneID (Optional)

• Please reach out to Zuora support if you face any issues activating your OneID account or any duplicate user accounts.

Q&A Highlights

Login with OneID

• I use 1Password and I have had to switch off autofill because if I use OneID and 1Password with autofill it refuses to log in and shows internal server error. Have I done something wrong?

• After moving to OneID will we still be able to login as legacy method for a few days?
  
  

API user accounts in OneID

• How can I add a new API user for a specific tenant in OneID?

• Could you please repeat/clarify how service accounts/users with basic auth login will be treated once OneID is enabled? There are not people users, but service accounts used for systems integration with no oauth client ids

• Do we have to update 3rd party (stripe/avalara) connections when we go live with OneID?
  
  

Tenant Provisioning in OneID

• I have one user in PREPROD whose status is showing as ERROR, rather than LINKED, what is the error and how do i fix it?

• I see only one “role” next to each tenant - each user has multiple roles across Billing, Payments, Revenue, etc.? How does this work?

• What can we do if the direct access has been turned off at the user level already?

• When can we configure the permissions of a user role in OneID?

• If we create a new user in OneID, will it be synchonised as a local user, too?

• We have a Developer Sandbox but the environment of the tenant shows "Central Sandbox" - why?

• We’re actively working on this Tenant type (Developer Sandbox) in OneID, and the UI for the Developer Sandbox tenant type will be updated soon.

• Is the Deprecation date of Aug 1 for Production tenants as well?

• How do we assign access to managing users IN OneID itself?

• Can you reiterate the timeline?

OneID - Revenue

• Is there documentation around One ID with Rev Pro where Rev Pro is integrated with Billing? Just a link would be great.

User Migrations

• I have users which are 'Pending Activation' in my Production tenant but 'Active' in my Sandbox.  I'm able to migrate the sandbox ids but if their account is 'Pending Activation', One ID doesn't seem to want to import it and attach it to the migrated users profile.  How do I fix it?  Or do I deactivate these Pending Activation accounts and just enable their Production via One ID?

• Would you recommend creating users from tenant before migrating to OneID for pre and post deprecation or directly in OneID?

• Does importing the same user from multiple tenants create multiple users in OneID?

• Can we delete the users in the specific tenants after the migration to OneID? Or can we request a deletion?
