Idea Portal Guidelines: How to Submit an Idea

First make sure that you’ve searched the existing ideas in the Portal. If you find a similar idea, add your support by upvoting or commenting on it. If you can’t find anything, then submit your idea.

Tips for Writing a Great Idea

  1. Use a meaningful title and tag the appropriate product category.
  2. Describe the improvement and what problem it will solve. If the idea is implemented, how would you use it?  What would happen if there's no immediate solution?
  3. Share your idea's benefits which could include additional revenue brought in, hours of time or costs saved every month, etc.
  4. Tell us about your current solution (if any) and why it's not viable.  Describe what you have to do today and how much time you are spending on your workaround.
  5. Highlight any other requirements including reporting needs, access/control needs, and integration/API needs.

Please limit one request per idea. When one post includes several feature requests, it becomes hard to keep track of and update them.

If you have more than one idea, please make a new submission for each one. This way it’ll get to the right team.
