    Starting February 25, 2026, university.zuora.com will require login via Zuora OneID.

    This upgrade introduces a more secure, streamlined, and unified authentication experience across all Zuora platforms.

    What's Changing?

    Zuora University is transitioning to OneID authentication to provide:

    • A single, unified login across Zuora products

    • Improved security

    • A smoother, more consistent user experience

    What You Need to Do?

    If you already have a Zuora OneID that uses the same work email address as your current Zuora University account:

    • No action is required

    • You will simply log in via OneID

    • You will automatically be directed to the appropriate Zuora University experience based on your existing ZU seat credentials

    If you do not have a OneID:

    • Please contact your Zuora Administrator to request access.

    We recommend confirming your OneID access ahead of February 25, 2026 to ensure uninterrupted access to your Zuora University learning paths, certifications, and Virtual Live Classes.
