- Accelerate Cash Flow and Close Billing with Confidence: Zuora significantly expanded AR automation in Billing, helping finance teams accelerate collections and gain better control over the close process. With enhanced Collections, improved Cash Application, and the new Period Close Dashboard, teams can proactively manage collection workflows with AI assistance, predict cash flow more accurately, improve visibility into DSO, utilize AI for cash matching with direct bank integrations, and close the books with greater speed and confidence.
- Optimize E-Payment Success While Reducing Fraud: Zuora delivered significant enhancements to payment optimization, helping businesses increase payment success rates while reducing fraud and operational risk. With Payment Forms (GA), Gateway Routing (GA), teams can optimize checkout and routing logic, while Payment Links (GA) enable faster customer payment by securely sharing one-time links to collect outstanding balances. Fraud Protection powered by LexisNexis (EA) and Network Tokenization (EA) further improve authorization rates and reduce fraud across global payment flows.
- Quote Faster Across Complex, Multi-Org Hierarchies in CPQ: Zuora enhanced CPQ to better support enterprise-scale, multi-entity selling, enabling centralized governance across organizations without slowing sales teams down. With multi-org quoting, dynamic, attribute-based pricing, and significant performance improvements across pricing calculation, save, and submit, sales teams can quote complex deals faster, reduce manual rework, and prevent downstream billing and revenue errors. Support Dynamic Pricing While Reducing SKU Proliferation: Zuora released a modernized, rules-based catalog with dynamic, attribute-based pricing that uses real-time business context (such as buyer, segment, channel, or product attributes) to compute optimal pricing automatically. By defining pricing logic through reusable rules rather than static SKUs, teams can dramatically reduce SKU proliferation. This catalog is fully extensible with custom objects, logic, and real-time inputs across quote-to-cash.
