The Zuora Community login page will be unavailable on January 29, 2026 from 3pm-4pm PST while we complete the move to OneID. This change helps provide a more secure and consistent login experience across Zuora platforms.
What to expect after the update
- When you log into the Zuora Community, you will see the OneID login screen.
- Sign in using your OneID credentials.
- Once authenticated, you can continue using the Community just as you do today.
- Your access, profile, and activity in the Community will remain the same.
If you do not have a OneID login please contact your Zuora Administrator.
