With the transition to OneID, staying informed in the Zuora Community is becoming even simpler.
Starting March 30, 2026, once your Community account is authenticated (meaning your email is confirmed and you have accepted the Community terms of use), you will be automatically subscribed to Release and Maintenance Notifications and Community News. This ensures you won't miss crucial product updates, planned maintenance, or important Community announcements.
No action is required from you.
You can always review and update your notification preferences from your Community profile. If your account is not yet authenticated, we recommend completing that step now to ensure a smooth experience.
