We will be performing a scheduled upgrade to our Mediation product across environments as part of an infrastructure improvement.
What's Changing
During the maintenance window, mediation meters will be restarted. While unprocessed events and new event ingestion will not be impacted, you may notice:

An additional processing delay of up to 15 minutes beyond normal processing times

Intermittent issues when starting new meters or stopping existing ones (may take up to 15 minutes to succeed)

Similar temporary delays when running event store queries
If you encounter any of the above, please wait for 15 minutes and retry.
What You Need to Do
No immediate action is required. If you experience delays or temporary failures during the window, simply retry after 15 minutes.
Why This Matters
This upgrade is part of ongoing infrastructure improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
