  • 1.  Knowledge Center not available effective November 14

    We want to let you know that starting November 14, the Zuora Knowledge Center will no longer be accessible.  From November 14 forward, any existing links to the Knowledge Center will automatically redirect to docs.zuora.comour modernized documentation site designed for easier navigation, improved search, and a more consistent experience.

    What's changing:
    • Most Knowledge Center content has already been migrated to docs.zuora.com.
    • Only a small portion of low-engagement content has not yet been migrated. Migration will be completed by end of November.
    • Existing URLs to the Knowledge Center will automatically redirect to the new site.

    We encourage you to visit docs.zuora.com today to explore the updated documentation experience.  If you can't find something you used before or have feedback about the new site, please let us know in the comments below.   We'd love to hear from you!

    Hi Zuora team,

    I am encountering issues with my bookmarked KC links which are routing to incorrect/irrelevant docs.zuora.com pages. This is causing inconvenience to our current project work.

    For example, when I click on a bookmarked KC links related to Zuora 360

    Thank you for letting us know about this, and please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.

    We have received some other reports about link redirects that are not functioning as expected. Many pages that were previously grouped under the Integration Hub section of the Knowledge Center are currently being migrated to the new site, including the pages you searched for.

    We are working hard to fix this (temporary) behavior! We will complete the migration of the remaining Knowledge Center content to the new docs.zuora.com site by the end of November. Until then, if you are unable to find the equivalent Knowledge Center content via link redirects or search on docs.zuora.com, please email us at docs@zuora.com. In many cases, we can provide a PDF copy until the content is available again on docs.zuora.com.
