What’s New?
- Tailored Insights – See only Trust updates relevant to your organization, eliminating the need to filter through all notifications.
- Exclusive Access via Command Center – Personalized Trust updates are now available exclusively in Command Center. If you’re subscribed to Zuora Trust notifications, you’ll still receive updates via email.
What Do You Need To Do?
- Ensure you have the right access to Trust updates and other Zuora services.
- If you are already logging in via OneID, no action is required for you to access Trust updates in Command Center.
- You are logging in via OneID if:

- You access Zuora through one.zuora.com.
- You log in via SSO SAML, and your IdP redirects you to OneID at one.zuora.com, keeping you signed in as your OneID user.
- If you are not logging in via OneID, please refer to this Knowledge Center article for details on how to identify your login method and take action, as well as additional information.
